My coaching is built around doing the opposite.The goal is not just to help you lose weight or build muscle for a few weeks. It’s to help you build strength, confidence and habits that genuinely fit into your life, so you can still be training, moving well and feeling capable years from now.You do not need to spend your life in the gym or survive on bland meals to get results. You just need a plan that works, and one you can realistically maintain.
